What a printer setup visit includes

Included

We join the printer to Wi-Fi, install it on the computer you are using, and print a test. If the model supports phone printing, we pair one phone. That is the published setup.

You stay for the passwords. We do not leave with your Wi-Fi phrase. It can go in your account notes if you want them readable later.

Not included

A printer that jams on every page, or a scanner glass that is cracked, is troubleshooting or a stop. We will not spend a setup hour forcing hardware that needs service.

Extra computers beyond what you booked get named before we continue. The price is for the visit you confirmed.

Prepare

Unbox the printer if you can, with tape removed from the head. Leave the ink sealed until we are there if you are unsure. Paper in the tray, power on.

Online setup needs you to read the panel. If the panel is a single blinking light and no screen, in-home is the kinder booking.
