Why the printer should not live on guest Wi-Fi

Guest isolation is a feature until you want to print.
Isolation
Guest networks often stop devices from seeing each other. That protects your laptop from a visitor's phone. It also protects the laptop from the printer, which is not what you wanted. Put the printer on the main network.
A phone on guest may still print if the printer's own cloud path is logged in. That path breaks the day the cloud login expires. Local setup on the main network is the sturdy one.
The visit
If we find the printer on guest, we move it and print a test from your computer. We do not disable your guest network. Visitors can keep using it.
Router changes beyond the printer are a Wi-Fi visit. Say if you want both in one booking.
Names
After the move, remove the old printer entry on the laptop so you do not keep printing to a ghost. The new entry should show a ready state.
Write down that the printer is on the main name. Future password changes need to include it on purpose.
