Review: doorbell angle wedge

A small wedge that aims the lens at the walkway. Useless if the porch has no Wi-Fi.
Who it is for
The doorbell angle wedge aims a video doorbell toward the walkway when a flat mount would look at the yard. It is a few dollars of plastic that saves a bad view. It fits the install when your model accepts a wedge.
If the lens already sees faces at the latch, you do not need it. Extra angle can crop the person at the edge.
Install
Video doorbell install can include the wedge from the shop. We check the picture while standing on the walkway and we set a motion zone that matches that path.
Stucco and brick need the right anchors. The wedge does not change that. Say the wall material.
Limits
A wedge does not create Wi-Fi on a porch. If the app never connects, read the weak-porch guide and plan a node.
It is not a transformer and not a chime. Those are the doorbell kit you already bought.
